| Example 2: Social Anxiety Entering a crowded room | I won’t know what to say. I won’t be able to think of anything and i’ll look stupid. I’ll get really nervous and not be able to control my shaking or sweating. They’ll all think i’m weird and laugh at me/think bad of me. | Emotional: Anxious, Sweating, Heart Pounding, Tense.
